Following retirement and increasing age, my well-known circle of friends has decreased, which can create some concern. For this reason, I was fortunate to find Ian Saltmarsh to walk my elderly dog, which eventually developed into personal help and support. The knowledge that when problems such as computer difficulties, mobility issues, or everyday challenges arise, Ian was around to offer companionship and assistance at the right level without overstepping was much appreciated.
